1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the sale of goods by Marr Squared (trading as Nappstar.eu) (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“you”, “the Customer”) via our website or other authorized sales channels. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Ordering and acceptance

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us.

  • When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • The contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch the goods to you (or otherwise signify acceptance).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to, product or pricing error, stock limitations, wrong customer information or suspected fraud.

4. Price and payment

  • The price payable for goods is the price shown on our website at the time you place your order (unless there is an obvious error).

  • Payment will be taken at the time of ordering (or as otherwise stated).

  • All prices are quoted in EUR and include Irish VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.

  • You must pay any delivery or shipping charges as displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

  • We utilise our 3rd-party fulfilment partner Redsky Logistics (based in Ireland) to dispatch your order.

  • Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy (see below).

  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

  • Ownership (title) of the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full from you.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

  • Your rights to cancel, return and refund are set out in our Return & Refund Policy above.

  • In addition to those rights, if goods are faulty or not as described we may apply to Irish/ EU consumer law and regulations for the resolution of any dispute.

7. Limitation of liability

  • Subject to applicable law, our liability to you arising out of or in connection with any goods you purchase is limited to the purchase price of those goods.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, business interruption) except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

  • These Terms (and any contract under them) are governed by the laws of Ireland.

  • The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Changes to these terms

  • We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the date of amendment.
