Right of withdrawal (Change of mind)
If you are a consumer purchasing goods from our store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to cancel by an unequivocal statement (by email to admin@nappstar.eu).
Once you have notified us, you may return the goods and we will refund you the purchase price (see Section 4) subject to the goods being returned in accordance with Section 2 below.
2. Goods must be returned in appropriate condition
The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, with original packaging, labels, and any accessories. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from your handling of them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Return cost & method
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure safe return and retain proof of posting.
The goods must be returned to the return-address which we will provide when you contact us to arrange the return.
4. Refunds
We will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery charges) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which we receive the goods (or you provide proof of dispatch of the goods back to us, whichever is earlier).
We may withhold refund until the goods are received and perceive its quality or until you have supplied proof of returning the goods. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
5. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases. Examples include (but are not limited to): sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed by you; perishable goods; custom-made or personalised items; sealed audio/video/ software goods when unsealed by the consumer.
If your order falls under one of these exceptions we will clearly inform you of this at the time of purchase.
6. Faulty or mis-described goods
Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (Ireland) and other applicable laws apply if goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
If you believe the item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at admin@nappstar.eu giving details. We will arrange prompt replacement or refund as appropriate.
