Shipping policy


1. Processing & dispatch time

  • Orders placed by 3 pm GMT on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner Redsky Logistics in average within 5-7 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • If an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping destinations & methods

  • We ship to the following destinations: [Ireland, UK, Eastern Europe & Western Europe].

  • Shipping methods used are via Redsky Logistics and their chosen carriers.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on weight/size/destination.

3. Estimated delivery times

  • For deliveries to Ireland: typically [1-2 business days] after dispatch.

  • For deliveries to EU countries: typically [5-7 business days] after dispatch.

  • These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs (for non-EU destinations), public holidays, or unforeseen events.

4. Risk & title

  • Risk of loss or damage of the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered.

  • Title (ownership) of the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full.

5. Shipping delays

  • If delivery is delayed beyond 30 calendar days from the date on which the contract was formed (unless otherwise agreed), you may have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

  • You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel under this clause.

6. Customs, duties (non-EU destinations only)

  • If you are ordering from outside the EU, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply upon import.
